CIPHER HELP
Unlike Bill and contrary to popular opinion, I am not a maddening and uncaring chaos, and I want people to have as much fun as possible while interacting with him! For this reason I've compiled a list of ciphers, encrypters, and decrypters, for people who receive messages from him and want to know what the flying fuck is going on.
The most common codes I'll use are listed and linked as follows:
Atbash Cipher [x]
This is one of the simplest ciphers based on the Hebrew alphabet, modified for an English one. It's basically a reversed alphabet: A becomes Z, Z becomes A, et cetera.

Caesarian Shift Cipher [x]
This looks a little more complicated as it is based on a letter being assigned a number, but for simplicity and everyone else's sake, I will always set N to [1]. When you want to decode something you think is in a Caesar Cipher, set N to [25].
Morse Code [x]
This is a standard substitution, designed to transmit letters and numbers through telegram, consisting of dots and dashes.

Letter-Numbers Cipher [x]
This one is also pretty simple, substituting letters of the alphabet for corresponding numbers, so A-B-C would be 1-2-3, and so on.
Vigenére Cipher [x]
This one is only complicated if you don't know the corresponding passphrase to decode the cipher. Because I am a benevolent creature, the passphrase for this cipher will always be [CIPHER], unless Bill is feeling particularly vengeful. In which case your character is probably boned.
The crux of Bill's genius is that he's cocky, he's been around the block one too many times, and he likes his genius to be recognized. This can make him a little arrogant.
Remember! Bill is mostly harmless.
Except when he's not.
